How to Uninstall or Remove an Application from Nokia 5800
In this post, I will explain the steps to remove/uninstall an application from your Nokia 5800 XpressMusic.
Step 1: Go to "Settings" and click on "Application Mgr." as shown in following image.
Step 2: Click on "Installed Apps" as shown in following image.
Step 3: Select the application you want to remove/uninstall as shown in following image.
Step 4: Click on "options" and select "uninstall" as shown in following image.
Step 5: Upon clicking "uninstall", it will ask for your confirmation as shown in following image.
Step 6: Just select "Yes" and application will be removed from your mobile.

hello i have nokia 5800 music phone i have updated my mobile with new software update of nokia version 29.12.09 i m not happy with it i want my older version back .pls suggest how to get back my older version.

hey when i try to uninstall a program it tells me it unable to start operation. installer already in use. what do i do to uninstall them?

Hi dtp_family_23,
As it says, installer is in use. It means you are either installing/uninstalling something else also at the same time, you are uninstalling the other app. Suggest you to check what all is running or better just restart your mobile and then uninstall, You will not see this problem for sure.

i deleted an install app like the instruction above,, but when i can't download the same app anymore because of an error. . . suddenly i find a mistake on view log in app anstall,, the app that i deleted is still being installed... so i dont know what to do, i don't know how to delet it. please help me how to face my problem. thanks

Hi Ashok,
You have more application installed than your phone can actually handle. Best is to remove few unused or not important applications and then try. And always install applications on memory card.

If you're getting the "unable to perform operation. Installer already in use" message, try Restarting your phone WITHOUT your memory card in. Then you should be able to uninstall Whatsapp. Worked for me. Finally, headache over.
